It is a call for electric youth to come together, united by a singular ideal: may all beings be happy. Neon Noir is the new project of Estonian producer and DJ, Green Regime. The band’s music draws on the 80s New Romantic scene, synth-based soundtracks, with a dash of Madchester groove.
